Migrating from Stock to Chroma?

How can I basically copy over my setup with data and everything from Stock as I flash Chroma? Can I do that with Titanium Backup? Have not done something like this as I am used to the iOS backup and restore from iTunes.

You can try samsung kies and make a backup of everything

Titanium Backup would certainly do the trick, but you really have to be careful restoring system data from one ROM to another. These are the only system bits I carry over. (Ignore connectivity service)

User apps and data should carry over fine.
