Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum, but this is where I usually lurk and post! I have root, using CM nightlies with a MikFroyo backup, and no dedicated APP2sd partition. I'm getting a 32gb microSD to be a new, permanent card. I want to copy my stock 8gb card's contents to the new one.
I'm thinking there's two obvious ways to do it, one is to put it into a SD card adapter, pop it in my netbook, mass copy with hidden folders available to the netbook, and copy it to the new card.
The other idea I have is to use UltraISO to burn an .iso image of the 8gb card's contents, then image burn that .iso to the new 32gb card.
Which way would better, or would it not matter at all? Or is there another way I'm not aware of? I'm more worried about things like encrypted apps and root stuff not normally accessible. I have no problem with the methods or carrying it out, I just want to clone the contents exactly. Any input is appreciated!
