Minecraft PE Server on Galaxy S3, can I copy it to my Note 3?

I upgraded from my Galaxy S3 to a Note 3 recently, and I don't want to lose the server that my kids and I spent so much time on that's saved on the S3. Is it possible to port over, or just save and copy, the server off the S3?

do you mean copying map? the minecraft map location is on /sdcard/games/com.mojang/minecraftworlds/ and in minecraftworlds folder you can find your map and copy it to your note 3 on the same folder location /sdcard/games/com.mojang/minecraftworlds/"in here!!"
