So, I was playing Trivia Crack and during my loading screen I noticed very faint outlines of my clock in the upper right. Not anything too bad, I'll never really see it under normal use, but I guess AMOLED still needs some work :)

One of the pitfalls of AMOLED screens. How long do you typically have the screen on at a time?

Its my work phone, so maybe an hour a day

I've had 5 amoled screen phones and 2 LCDs. I've only had burn in issues with two phones, a Galaxy S3 and a Droid Maxx. The Maxx came out of it, but the S3 is permanent. My burn in on both was the status bar, and it's noticeable on the S3. The others I didn't have issues with are the Droid Incredible (original), the Moto X 2013, and the Turbo.

Anymore I make sure to switch my orientation 180 degrees somewhat frequently (I normally use my phones in landscape mode when browsing). That's seemed to take care of the issue.

You can try the apps that display different colors in a cycle to try to fix the screen (red, then blue then green then yellow then white, then repeat). It seemed to help my Maxx but was no help on my S3. I think they only help if the burn in is slight.

Switching orientation somewhat frequently is a good tip and something easy to do - thanks!

Wow, burn in after the phone has been out for less than 3 months! That is concerning.

Yeah, I use Waze daily and can already see the status bar on the right side of the screen under certain colors as well

I have had my MAXX for more than a year and there is no burn. If this is how sensitive the Turbo is, I may have to return it...
