Minor Issue with Package Disabler Pro Application

I installed this application and it's been great. My Note 5 now has a slightly better battery life. Before it would die down to 55% at the end of each day, but now it only drops down to around 65-75% at the end of each day. Would recommend to disable much of that bloatware.

There is one very minor thing that I seem to have broken and I'm not sure which feature/application to re-enable to fix it. You know the little red numbers that appear over your text message/email/phone icon, indicating how many messages/calls you have/missed? Those disappeared. I do still get an icon up top in the status bar but I can't see how many messages/emails/calls I have until I actually go in and open it.

Any idea on how to restore that, without re-enabling applications one-by-one?
