MIPErrActivity frequently found running of Sprint GS4

I've noticed lately on my Sprint-branded GS4 that I have some weird app MIPErrActivity running. I close it, but then it eventually comes back. Does anyone know what this thing is?

I am having the same issue/ I returned my phone because it kept showing up, and the store gave me a brand new one, but now it is happening on my new device as well.
