Does the Mate 9 have Miracast or a similar way to send signal to a remote monitor wirelessly?

Yes! I use it all the time on my Samsung and LG tv. It's called Mirrorshare. Google or search the forums though, Netflix won't work (on a lot of devices) but Amazon Video works perf.
