When I got my galaxy tab 10.1 recently I noticed that the front camera and I'm certain light sensor were not aligned or centered on their holes in the bezel, both being a bit off to the upper right.
I think its fine so long as the camera and sensor work; the camera looks fine but I'm not sure about the light sensor. Trying a few programs I'm finding I get from 10 lux when either covered or not in direct light to 10000 lux in direct sun light or under a flash light, a few times I thought I saw 20000 lux. The increments looked a bit uneven and under normal conditions I usually read 100 lux.
Is this normal or not? I googled this a bit and I see that other people have had issues with the auto brightness on the tab 10.1 and that other samsung hardware have had funny issues with the light sensor so I guess this could be normal but am not sure.
Thanks.
