Missed Call Notification Ringer and Flashing

Hello,

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 (Sprint). It seems that the default ringer for a missed call is set to the obnoxious emergency sounding ringer and the camera flash goes off over and over again. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it. Can anyone help with this?

Welcome to Android Central
The flash can be turned off by going to settings > device > hearing > and turning off flash notifications. If it's already off, turn it on and back off

I am still having the same problem. It only happens with missed calls. Sometimes...not always, the only way I can get it to stop is to turn the phone off. Any other ideas?
