Can anyone who bought an S7 here tell me if their phone has the "Alarm Tone" dialog as normal? Say, if you change the alarm tone (or indeed other tones such as notifications, etc) you see a dialog box like the following:

Instead I just a "Choose path" URL, with only _one_ sound file available.

I'm not sure why mine differs from all the online help I've seen.

I finally figured out why this was the case - I had installed a file manager (in my case, ES File Explorer, but this happens with all file managers I think); the first time I went to change my ringtones, the system will offer you to the choice of either the file manager _or_ another options whose name I've forgotten (but the icon is the Android icon) - choose THAT!

More details here:

While the above issue mentions ES File Explorer specifically, when I uninstalled it and later installed Total Commander, when I go to change ringtones, I'm offered to the choice of which app to choose again; once I clicked the "Android" icon rather than Total Commander, all is fine.

Thanks for the follow up! This will be very helpful for other users with a similar issue.
