Missing attach icons in Messages

[Android Central Question]

Hi! Could you please advise on the following: My S10+ does not have the basic attach icons in the Messages app. Therefore I am unable to send any MMS. There is no issue with the data or SIM settings.

Hi, you tap the + to the left for pictures and attachments if that's what you mean?

Go to Settings>Apps, select the messages app, then Permissions. Does it have permission for Camera and Files/Media?
