Missing DATA icon in Notification panel, how can I get it back?

Missing DATA icon in Notification panel

I have a Galaxy S4 Mini (SGH I257M) and just did a factory reset, but now I've lost my DATA icon from the notification panel. Anyone know how I can get it back? I've checked all options I could find, even in the edit feature of the Notification panel and it is not there.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean the cell signal indicator, with 3G/4G? Is the phone actually connecting successfully to mobile data?

I believe that is what I am looking for. I'm looking to, hopefully, retrieve the DATA icon in the Notification area so I can turn my data on and off at will. (Yes I have connection to 3G/4G)
It used to be a separate icon, that I kept beside my WiFi Icon. Since I had to do a factory reset, it looks like the newest full version of 4.4.2 doesn't have that icon. Now to turn off my data, I need to go through settings and Data Usage. I've included a screen shot of how my notification screen looks like now. (I have a feeling the icon has been removed, just home I'm wrong)
