missing features ?

im new to my galaxy s3 and its quite possible i just havent enabled something but when i try to change my backgrounds it doesnt give me the option to select live wallpapers and if i install them from the play store when i open the app the screen of the app will open and then all of a sudden it forces its own shutdown( i have tried several different apps) any ideas ? and my current os is 4.1.1

Are you trying to use live wallpaper for the lockscreen or homescreen?

Also did you installer another Launcher?
