Missing folder

I created a folder called Apps and Games and installed loads of apps & games in it. So far so good. All of a sudden the folder disappeared (using Android File Transfer and the Wifi File Transfer Pro). The apps etc still work so they must be somewhere, but where? I haven't messed about with rooting (yet). Any help would be appreciated.

Get a decent resident Nexus 7 file manager:
Best Free File Manager for Android

Snorkel around in your directory structure and the files should be there someplace.
You should not HAVE to use a program like WiFi File Transfer Pro. If you plug the cable in from your PC to your Nexus 7, you can use the normal Windows Explorer drag n drop to move files to your N7 or vice versa or to simply perform those functions in general from your PC for the N7. You can also perform such functions from your wireless connection by setting permission on your LAN properly, but that is a tad more difficult.
