Missing LDI (liquid damage indicators) S5 active
I am missing the liquid damage indicator located under the battery, should I be worried?
I recently purchased a used Galaxy S5 Active off Ebay in good condition with no previous issues (as indicated). After receiving the phone, I made sure the phone was authentic, based on internet information. I quickly noticed there was not scan code sticker on the inside of the batter door, to the left of the camera opening. I also noticed there was no water indicator under the battery, on the phone case. I do see the indicator (white) through the see through window to the left of the camera lens. There were no scratches to indicate the sticker was removed.
I looked at repair videos on you tube (mostly about screen issues) and they never took the phone apart from the back. I thought about looking for the hidden indicator on the inside of the phone, but did not know how. The phone functions normal and everything seems okay. I am just trying to make sure if the previous owner tampered with the phone.
Thank you, Jeremy
