Missing orange LED notification light.

I'm sure this is just a setting but I can't find it. I had to get a replacement phone and now when I have new notifications the orange LED light at the 9 o'clock position does not come on. I am getting the notifications and the watch does vibrate, just no light. I like having the visual LED. Can anyone help?

On the watch settings. Settings-Accessibility-Advanced Settings-Notification Reminder
