MISSING Private Mode on Galaxy S5 Neo

[Android Central Question]

I recently upgraded phones from a Core LTE to the S5 Neo with Nougat, and a big thing that I seem to be missing is the private mode option. My searches only seem to bring results for people who still can find and access the mode in the settings. I can't find it anywhere. There is no Personalization or Privacy settings that I can find, so I am at a loss. The quick tabs also don't show any option for privacy mode. The images in my default gallery also can't be moved to private as before, only the folder can be hidden or unhidden. This, however, doesn't hide the photos from other apps like Instagram.
