Missing ringtones and sms tones

Anyone else missing all the ringtones in settings? I have nothing listed and showing "unknown" under current ringtone. Also got nothing for the alarm etc. Ive done 3 factory resets and still nada.

Go to Settings>Apps, select Phone or Messaging, then Permissions. Do they have permission to access your files/storage?

Got em back. Apparently you should not put your sd card in u til after the first bootup. Had to remove it then reset the phone again.

Glad you got it figured out! Also, the Zedge app is a great place for ringtones, wallpapers, and notification sounds! They have a good selection of LG tones and different tones specific to device manufacturers.

I use zedge for all my ringtones and notifications. I have a folder on my SD card and Google Drive with all of them loaded up. Everytime I get a new device I have all of my tones ready to go. I have about 20 for different contacts and emails.
