Missing simplified Chinese characters

Hi,

I didn't see any different setup options for Chinese Simplified or Chinese Tradational so I selected my input Languagues as English and 中文

However when I switch to 中文 and try to type "man" there is no 嫚 character in the selection menu. I also installed Google Translate and from within that app I was able to enter hand written Chinese, but again when I write 嫚 the selction menu offers me 女曼 instead.

My old HTC Bravo had no problem with this character, so have I mis-configured something?

Android: 4.1.1
Kernel:3.0.31-256827
Build#: JRO03c.19300XXDLIH
SG3 model: GT-I9300

Regards,
Banjo.

Try and install swiftkey or another keyboard to see if it has it.

Thanks. I remembered that on the HTC is used MultiLing as it had all the extra unix characters I needed for ConnectBot, so I installed that on the SG3 and it will allow me to enter 嫚 either as pinyin or handwritten.

However, shouldn't the builtin keyboard from Samsung contain the full character set?
