Missing wireless charging option

My friends and I both have Verizon note 7,but his does not fast wireless charge. It. Is missing the option here is a screen shot of his settings..

Any ideas how to make this better?

Have you put it on a wireless charger yet? Sometimes it won't show till you wirelessly charge it once.

Fast wireless charging works on the Verizon model. Picked one up on sale for like $5 a while back

Mine only showed the option to use fast wireless charging after I charged it with my Samsung fast wireless charger.

In other variants you can turn off fast wireless charging if you don't want, for example at night I turn off when I don't need.

Did you check in settings-Advanced features-accessories-fast wireless charging?

In order for fast wireless charging to work you must have both a Qualcomm fast charge pad and a fast charge wall plug-in module such as the one that comes with the Note 7. In addition, the center back of the phone must be over the wireless antenna in the charge pad.

We have tried charging, wirelessly on the samsung fast charging pad with the factory plug and cable. Still no luck with fast wireless charging.

Anyone have a other ideas?
