Mistakingly deleted ESPN App

I called myself making room on my media card and phone and noticed I deleted an App that came loaded on the Epic. (ESPN) Anyone know how I can get that back?

There was no espn app pre-loaded, just a shortcut to the espn mobile website. If that's all you want, you can make a shortcut on the homescreen for that. I like ESPN's scorecenter (free) in the market. pick your favorite teams and get updates, plus there is a 4x1 widget that's really useful.

The ESPN widget is not loaded in Android widgets or Shortcuts. It is loaded in the vanilla Home and Touch Wiz Home data base. the only way I know of to get it back is go to Settings/Appilications/Manage Applications then hit the menu button and select Filter then select all.

Then scroll down to Home or TWLauncher, whichever one you were using, then open it and clear data. After clear data is selected, the OS will put the ESPN widget back on your vanilla Android Home screen, or your Touch Wiz Home screen. You have to rebuild your home screen after clearing data to get the ESPN widget back........

That is correct. Open the site in the browser, save it as a bookmark, then add a shortcut bookmark to your screen. I too like the ESPN Scorecenter best. I have started using it over the Sprint Football widget. ESPN's seems quicker to update than the Sprint one.

Yes I do love Football... and I'm a girly girl But yes all of you guys were right, it is just a home screen shortcut. pardon my ignorance.

I was new, but since ive spent so much time with my Epic, we've grown and now i am a Pro! lol
