Does mlb.tv black you out during the day? The web site says from 1-5 pm is blacked out

I've watched several games this season between 1-5 pm. However, you may get blacked out during exclusive televised games or when you are trying to watch a home game in your region.

Thanks for the info. I was all ready to get this but i don't think it will help. Dish network dropped sny now i can't watch my mets.

Wow. That's kind of an insulting stance for them to have. Do they have any facts to back that up? Did nobody buy the MLB 2010 app on Android? (I sure did!) I mean, if they really don't want my money, I'm happy to oblige them.
