mms attachment issue

So when i recieve or send a message with a attachment i can see a thumbnail version but if i click on the picture it says operation failed now for some reason. i cant seem to figure out how to fix this . any help would be so grateful ..

figured it out . was only screenshots from my freidns samsung note. which i found strange that it wouldnt let me view them in full view . but other wise everything is working correctly

...still weird. Unless the image size was too large in size to view. Hence the error.
