I've got my new v20 now but still having the same problem where MMS look like they're being sent but my recipients are not recieving then. Had this in my notes 4 & 7 too. Any thoughts?

Who is your carrier?
MMS problems are usually caused by invalid APN settings. Try Googling "carrier name apn" and see what you find.
Depending on your OS version, you might be able to Settings -> Wireless & networks -> More... -> Network settings reset
