MMS - Issue

For some reason I'm not able to receive pictures that people send me via text messages. I have tried the stock app, Textra, and Handcent. I was receiving them as of 3-4 days ago with no issue.

These are not large photos and I have tried several different shots.

Any other problems accessing the web via mobile data? Which carrier do you have, and have you checked the APN settings to make sure they're still correct for the carrier?

I believe you've nailed it. I can't connect to anything with mobile data! I am on AT&T and I even just did a factory reset/setup as a new device.

Suggestions?

Is this an AT&T branded device or an unlocked device originally for a different carrier?

AT&T that I've got on the Next program so I guess later tonight my best bet is to call them. I checked my account and we've got 15.7 gigs left on our data plan.

Go to Settings>Data Usage and make sure you or someone else didn't set a data usage limit.

AT&T had to help me add a new listing under my APN settings. I had tried checking those settings but got the message that I couldn't based on the user settings. Almost like a windows PC when you don't have administrative rights. Anyway I'm up and running now.

Thanks me too. It was really getting the best of me and some comments in this thread made me slow down and think thru my options.
