MMS issue.

I searched but could not find an answer to my issue so here goes.....I have the TB my wife has D2 Global. I can send her mms videos with no issue. However when she tries to send me a video message even with picking the lowest camera setting hers always comes in as a slideshow with a jpg and seperate .qcp file. What it does when played is plays the video sound fine but the actual video is a single picture that does not change. I looked here and on the D2 area and could not find the solution. I have tried Rockplayer and it does not work. It takes her video and seperates the sound and the video and makes it a slideshow. Am I or she missing a silly simple setting? Thanks.

check what format her phone is recording the video & that your phone can play them (3gp?)
also,
try a different message app (handcent, go sms)---the stock message app has issues with MMS & is acknowledged by google that it's working on fixes (gingerbread)
