MMS Issues

maybe someone on here can help me out. i'm having issues sending and receiving MMS. i send them and on my phone they look like they went out but the people I'm sending them to aren't receiving them. the same when they send me a picture...i don't get it. i keep having to send them twice. any ideas?? thanks in advance

Are you using an airrave?

this could very well be a problem with your carrier since it works sometimes your phone could also be the problem try checking reception when sending text
