MMS Message Problem

Hello. I installed Handcent SMS this morning wanting to trying it out and loved the features. Only problem I had was when trying to send a MMS(picture message) this afternoon and after 30 min it still hasn't sent! So I attempted to send it with the default client and IT WORKED! So in an attempt to fix Handcent SMS, I uninstalled it and went to default client again and when I click on the picture I had previously sent or received and goe to enlarge the image, nothing shows up, just a blank black screen. HMMM. The pictures are on my phone as I can view them through QuickPic but not in the view associated with the default Message client. Anyone know how I can fix this?
