MMS messages

I've updated to KitKat...but the problem was present before in 4.2.2. Hangouts and messages crashes when I try to send a multimedia message.
Any tips before I head to Verizon?

I don't have any issues with Hangout bu the messaging app likes to tell me I don't have a valid user specified. Still can't figure that out.

Are you saying you had a problem sending MMS on 4.2 in hangouts and the problem still occurs on kit Kat?

If you are.. Try clearing your app data and cache on hangouts. It may not of synced over to new 4.4

I don't have any MMS issues on hangouts and I send quite a few!
