MMS messages

[Android Central Question]

I have moved my Sprint unlocked phone to a MVNO provider using T-MOBILE towers. All the features on my phone are working except for MMS messaging. I'm unable to send or receive photos etc. using MMS messages. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Have you tried the stock app?

Have you checked to ensure that you are using the proper MMS APN for T-Mobile?

We verified with our MVNO provider that the APN settings are correct.

Who's the MVNO? They might use different APN settings than T-Mobile.

The MVNO is Consumer Cellular, I have already talked to them. They gave me their APN settings.

Ok, it's not that I don't believe or trust you, but can you just double check the settings with this page? https://www.consumercellular.com/Help/phones-and-services/72. I wouldn't put it past a support agent to give the wrong information over the phone.

Hey thanks all, I double checked the settings and I found a mistake in the APN settings! It works great now!
