Mms problems

I am trying to see a picture my sister send me but it says Downloading but it never works. I always click download but it never downloaded

Look at your APN (in Settings/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names). Google your carrier's APN (just your-carrier's-name apn). Make sure every single line (except the first one - that's for you to know which one it is) is exactly the same. (Like no spaces in the list of types.)
