Mms sent but nobody receives them.

Hi,
I had the upgrade through verizon on my Samsung Facinate. Everything was fine until yesterday. I did a factory reset and now I send MMS and nobody receives the pics., just the text. Any help would be appreciated! Unfortunately for you guys, I am Android illiterate. My apologies ahead of time.

Check the pull down notification menu and make sure mobile data is turned on. MMS can't be sent or received if that is off.

No, sorry. And I guess I didn't read your previous post closely enough. That is odd they received the text portion of your message but not the picture.
