so I bought these laucher icons, but now what? What are the steps between buying them and getting them on my phone?

Usually when I buy something with a download I buy it using the phone so it downloads to the phone...it is easy that way...I don't buy from the pc...there are ways to transfer and I am positive someone will help you with that soon...not much help here but it will bump your question back to top and keep it alive for ya lol

Are the launcher icons in a folder or a zip file or something on your computer? If they are in a zip file unzip them first.

Now hook your phone up to the computer in mass storage mode. Open my computer and double click on the phone storage(sd card). Now drag the folder with the icons onto the sd card. Now you can unplug your phone from the computer.

I am assuming you are using launcher pro....

Long press on 1 of the dock icons and choose custom icon. This should take you into the gallery where you can find the icons you just put on your sd card.

Now choose the icon you want.
