I am getting this nessage on my phone from this web site. it tells me my phone is infected with virus'. I googled it and I know it is a fake, but I cant get rid of it. Search results say to clear browsing history and cache and I have done that and restarted the phone and I still have it. any ideas? Phone is less than a week old so no new apps have been added.

If the phone is only week old, you could always do a factory reset. Obviously as a last resort, because you will have to reinstall everything.

Other than that, you can try installing something like ESET Mobile security and antivirus from the Play store. It my find it and kill it.
