Mobile Data Disconnected

Just got my unlocked U11 in Canada and everything is gravy except mobile data won't connect - continually saying disconnected. I have done the network reset, factory reset, manual apn entry, network type toggling, etc - still no luck. Anyone have a clue on what's going on?

Do you have an active Wi-Fi connection? Mobile data is typically disabled if there is a "better/cheaper" option available.

solved! The software update this morning (ending in .3) fixed the data issue!
