Mobile Internet and WiFi not working after clearing data from play services and play store.

Hi, I am facing a strange problem, my mobile data and WiFi both is not connecting to Internet since I have cleared the data of both play services and play store.
Things I have tried:
Restarting Device
Clearing cache via recovery
Reset apn
Reset network settings
Tried removing and adding google account, but now once I have removed it I am not able to add it back since net is not working
Using Android 10 on Oneplus Nord. Device is rooted with magisk installed.

Update : Hmm, I have found a strange workaround. I was using the DPI bypass app to unblock some sites blocked by my ISP. I just tried it now again and net is working now.
And I know it's not that the DPI bypass is bypassing somekind of restriction from the ISP since other devices on the same network is working fine.

From what I've seen here on the forums last couple years not many are into Rooting/Magisk /Roms on their devices

Try Safe Mode. I don’t see why that should work, but it will cost nothing to try.
