Mobile data in sony xperia z1

hello please i need some help, my sony xperia z1 keeps using my mobile data eventhough i have done all the necessary methods : restricting background , putting a limit to my usage ... Despite all this , i haven't been even downloading anything but my mobile data is still being used .

You could try just turning the "Mobile Data" switch off and only turning it on when necessary... But if you restricted background data, you really should try to find which app is consuming this data. You can do that by going into the 'Data Usage' report from your phone or download data-consumption monitor apps like Onavo.
