mobile data quick button

Where did the mobile data quick button go? I have a Galaxy S4 and had a sofrware update download yesterday, 2/16/14, now my mobile data quick button is gone. Anyone know how to get it back?

Since they updated to 4.3 the data toggle was for some reason left out...I use power toggles widget to have the ability to toggle data on and off
