Mobile data signal doesn't show any time I turn it on

Please help me because my mobile data signal doesn't show any time that I turn it on therefore I am unable to connect to Internet or do anything that requires Internet access but I am able to connect to wifi without any issue.

Try restarting the phone, or factory reset. If that doesn't resolve it, then contact your carrier and let them further troubleshoot.
