if you have done it once, it is hard not to do it again...especially since you know there are things that annoy you that you can fix...like the stuff in this thread

Seetings> Display> Notification Panel> then drag and drop Mobile Data to the top section

I'm on Sprint and I don't have Mobile Data as an option for the notification panel. I created a shortcut on the desktop instead.

The easiest way to enable Mobile Data toggle is to use SQL editor and edit a line takes a few seconds and requires root

Ever since I updated my S3 on AT&T to android 4.1.1, the toggle disappeared!
