Mobile Data Warnings

Once I installed Kitkat, I get a warning/message every time I turn mobile data on or off. Is there a way to disable them? Because I already know these things but can't find the right setting.

Messages
"Connect to mobile network when Wi-Fi us unavailable. Mobile network charges may apply."
"Unless you use Wi-Fi, you will no longer be able to use the Internet, email or other apps that require a data connection."

I wish there was a check box option to "don't show this message again"

I know of no way to turn that warning off unfortunately.

I would get this message even before I updated to Kit Kat.

I also get these popup notifications. Very annoying. Before KitKat, it never happened.

I believe that before the update there was a check box option to never show again.

Is there still no work around for this issue? I find this incredibly annoying and frankly an insult to my intelligence that I'm given this reminder every time I turn off mobile data. Please advise.
