Mobile data wont turn on cant call or anything only use wifi

I cannot recive or make calls cannot text i have no bars and a x thing on my signal strength thing the mobile data button you can mash it a million timez and still it wont cut on i tried mAster reset thT didnt work someone please help i have no idea whT to do

Welcome to the forums. It sounds like you either don't have a SIM card or it hasn't been activated. Have you contacted your carrier? I think that will solve your problem
