Mobile data won't work on my core prime

My mobile data is turned on but will not work, WiFi works great. Brand new phone.

Which model do you have? Is it the Verizon branded device? If so, is Verizon your carrier? If not, which carrier do you have?

If you are using a Verizon device on another carrier, you'll need to manually edit the data APN.
