Mobile hotspot won't connect

Anyone having an issue with the mobile hotspot today? I keep losing service even though it says I have 4G. Then I try to reconnect and it just sits there loading, so I close the app. When I try to connect again, it doesn't even give me the option. The screen is blacked out and I can't touch the check mark. This has happened twice today and I had to restart the phone to get it to work again. Do you think this is related to the free trial supposedly being done today?
