Mobile network ?

Alright another question. How the heck do I shut off 5g and change it to use LTE ? Normally I'd go into settings and connections mobile network. It would give the option.
I don't have that option now. Im using Unlocked on Verizon.
5g where I live is crappy and I don't need my phone searching for it.

At&t and Verizon so not allow us to change it ...it would normally be under network mode in mobile network

Yes I will keep looking around maybe there's something else like an app where we can do it on the back end..

try this- open your dialer, punch in *#*#4636#*#*, click on phone information, scroll down until you see "set preferred network type" -it'll probably be set to NR/LTE/WCDMA, click on that, scroll through and set it to LTE/WCDMA and see how that works for you. DO NOT CHANGE ANY OTHER SETTINGS. and as usual, i am NOT responsible if you go in there and start tinkering around and make it so the phone doesn't work.

Didn't work for me. On Verizon.
