I thought this stupid thing was fixed in 6.0? I can't upload my screen shot, (thanks Android central app) but chrome has kept my radio active for 90 mins so far. This bug is ruining the best experience I've had on a nexus phone. Standby tone is decent now, before it was phenomenal. Anyone else notice this yet?

This is why I hate Chrome as a mobile browser. Google always seems to be messing with it and it goes from OK to crappy, never OK to better than OK

Is it just Chrome thats doing it?

Haven't seen that issue yet. How long have you had your device?

It didn't originate in chrome, but on my phone its the biggest culprit. This issue started out in lollipop, where any app that had access to the mobile radio kept it active even after it was done using it. Thus causing dramatic battery drain. My standby time went from losing maybe 1-2% every couple of hrs to, losing 10-15% in the same span. Right now, yea its just chrome. Force stopping it fixes it, momentarily.

Had it for a week now. Standby time was amazing the first 5 days. Now it's so so. I had this issue on my N6 to. It was supposed to be addressed in marshmallow, I guess it wasn't.

Happening to me as well, it's either chrome or cell stand by. Super annoying really!

If you force close the app from the battery screen it seems to fix it. My online has been now for a couple of days.
