MobileIron Configuration Outlook AutoLogin

In our company, we distribute the mobile apps via the google play store (android for work). the apps and devices are managed via mobileiron, where you can also save/apply app-specific configurations. However, i can't manage to make a configuration, where after the installation and first opening of the outlook app, the login is done automatically via the company address without any additional input from the user. Has anyone any experience in this field or any other similar attitude?
