Mobileiron on Nex5: any experiences?

Hi

Our company is using mobileiron to keep the devices save. I got it installed now and am having troubles with it. The phone seems sluggish and more unstable. I am sometimes experiencing troubles with calling someone (call doesn't get connected).

I just wanted to ask around it there have been any similar experiences or troubles and how you overcame them.
Any advice appreciated.

It seems like the app or service is running in the background and using a lot of memory to keep running. What happens if you delete it? Does the Nexus 5 return to normal in terms of not being sluggish?

When I delete it, I will not be able to use my device with our company mail, calender and contacts.
