Moderation - No rhyme or reason

Why am I now being moderated when before I was not? And, why have I been able to participate in threads, ask my own question in one area, but have been "put on moderation" for other areas?

The layout and functionality of this site is like any other online forum I belong to - I can't find out where to see all posts I'm subscribed to, what the general rules of the site are, etc.

Is there an "Android Central for Idiots"? Apparently, I need it even though I've never had an issue using ANY other online forum.

That is an automated process that generally is going to filter out things that it thinks could be self promotion/advertising or spam. For newer users it is generally going to target things like links, images and things that appear to be talking about money, etc. I don't know what all of the filters are but once you are past a certain number of posts, other than posts with a ton of images in them, most posts will be automatically approved.

Hi ember. Sorry you're having issues. I can't speak for the moderation issues as those, obviously, are handled by our Moderators, but for the other issues I can try to help.
1) If you look on top of the Forums page, once you're logged in, right below your avatar and nickname should be a couple row of buttons that should let you quickly view what you're looking for. For the threads you've subscribed to just go to the SUBSCRIBED one. Even if you choose to comment on a thread but don't want to subscribe, you can still follow up with the PARTICIPATED button. If you want to see all the topics you've started, just go to MY THREADS.
2) We do have a section you can go to if you need help navigating through the site

I'm an Ambassador and I've had posts go to moderation before with no reason anyone can figure out.

If it wasn't something automated and something you did wrong, a mod would contact you and tell you exactly what you did wrong. If you have one that goes to moderation, feel free to pm a mod and have them look at it.

As far as seeing what you participated in or are subscribed to, how are you accessing the site? Mobile Web, mobile app or desktop?

I said nothing about money and it blocked my first post. I did link to a G+ site with info but, what's wrong with that? Why not let people report spam posts and zap them at a small number of reports. Then review those ones where asked to.

There is a requirement that each member have at least 10 meaningful posts prior to posting any links or images.
