Modified SystemUI.apk , phone cant boot

Hello everyone,
This is my first post here , and I rooted my phone a few days ago. Today I wanted to tweak my phone a little, so I went over, and I was seeing this video.

After pasting the new systemUI.apk in system folder, I reset the phone, and Its getting stuck @ a screen reading " Android is upgrading, starting apps"
I waited for half an hour, and now I am a bit scared. I have gone into recovery mode ( after a hard reset ). Should I restore factory settings? Or can I restore the systemUI app?

Fixed it. Flashed Stock ROM.

People, you need to learn to READ! That video says, clear as day, "Make Galaxy Note look like S4."

Is your GT i9300 a Galaxy Note? No, it's not.
